Intake Form

Prior to surrendering, see if you can find any helpful information at our CATS 101 page, especially if it’s a medical or psychological reason. Surrendering to a shelter should be your last resort and not your first call. Ask friends to ask friends to lend a hand and check out our FAQ #2 “I CAN’T KEEP MY CAT? WHAT CAN I DO?” for more important info.

If you’re still looking to surrender after reading the info keep in mind this form is the first step. It’s not a guarantee to take your case. We are limited by space, adoption rates, volunteers and funds. In a perfect world, we could take every feline request we receive. But it’s not, so we do what we can with what we have, so please remember to be respectful. Like you, we get frustrated too and our volunteers want to help when we can.
